Mark Duggin

Coach Duggin came to RCA in 2012 after serving several years at Northpoint Christian School in Southaven, MS. 

Coach Duggin has served as a coach, teacher, pastor, and missionary. He believes these experiences have prepared him for this unique position to lead RCA. Coach Duggin has received multiple coaching awards including West Region Coach of the year two times and the Commercial Appeal Coach of the Year in 2007.

He and his wife Melinda have been married for 35 years, and have two grown sons and one granddaughter.Coach Duggin enjoys traveling, reading, being with his family, and college sports. His favorite bible verse is Luke 6:38 “Give, and it will be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, shall men give to you. For with the same measure that you give, it will be measured to you again.”


Rachael Burnett, M.A.Ed.

Director of Education

Rachael Burnett returned to RCA in May 2017 to begin serving as the Director of Middle and High School Education. For the 2018-19 school year, she will be serving as the Director of Education for elementary, middle, and high school. As both RCA alumnus and former RCA teacher, Mrs. Burnett is grateful for the privilege to help guide and serve RCA for the sake of shaping the next generation to be thoughtful citizens, intelligent, innovative, and hardworking leaders, and most significantly, gospel-centered people.

Mrs. Burnett attended Mississippi State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English. She then began her career in education and obtained a Master of Arts in Education. Having taught in several schools, both independent and public, and at various grade levels in middle and high school, Mrs. Burnett is excited to be back at Rossville investing in the faculty, staff, and students that make RCA the wonderfully unique place it is. Working together with our leadership team, teachers, staff, students, and parents, Mrs. Burnett aims to bolster a culture of academic excellence and spiritual depth in which each student is prepared to live successfully and with eternal impact when he or she graduates.

She and her husband, Paul, have been married for nine years and have two children. They reside in Oakland and attend Fayette Baptist Church. In addition to her passion for education, Mrs. Burnett enjoys reading and cheering for her MSU Bulldogs and Memphis Grizzlies.
