detach and complete one section each week from order form sheet and send to
school on Monday with your child.
Pricing on Weekly Orders
Completed order form and payment (either check or
correct change) MUST be turned in to the teacher Monday morning. If your child is absent, please inform the
cafeteria personnel prior to 10:00am. A
meal ticket will be issued for use the following week. You can contact the cafeteria personnel at
